Q: What are your allergens?

Allergens include: Dairy, Eggs, Wheat, Gluten, Soy, Oats, Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Peanuts, Coffee and Lemons.

Our house is naturally free of TREENUTS due to personal allergies. 

If you are allergic to any of the above allergens, you are taking the known risk of consuming our products. Ranta Bakes LLC is not liable for allergens listed above or not listed.

Q: Can I split an order with my flavor? Like half Vanilla, half Chocolate.

Each 1 dozen cookies must be ONE flavor. If you order more than 1 dozen, we can split the flavor by dozens.

Q: What food coloring do you use?

I use a couple different food coloring agents.

Q: Do you do any gluten- free or vegan baking?

No, at this time, I do not offer these options.

Q: How can I place an order? Large or Small.

Follow this link to my Order Inquiry Form! I will get back to you within 24-48 hours. 

Q: What is the ordering process?

Fill out the above Order Inquiry Form link! I will then email you back to ask more specifics about your theme, including any inspiration photos, and what you are needing for your event. A cookie proof will be sent to you within 24-48 hours. After the proof is finalized, an invoice will be sent by PayPal. 50% deposit is due to keep your order on my books. The rest is due at pick up.

Q: How long do your cookies last?

Cookies will last 3-4 weeks in their heat sealed packaging. If needed, I can provide freezing instructions. With freezing, cookies can last up to three months.

Q: Do you package them individually? What about bows?

Each cookie comes individually packaged and heat sealed. An ingredients sticker is placed on the back to comply with South Carolina Cottage Baking law.I can provide bows for an additional cost of $0.25/bow.

Q: How much notice do you need?

I require a 2 week notice for orders. Any order placed within that window may be declined or will be subject to a rush fee of $12/dozen.

Q: What if my event is canceled after paying my deposit?

If your event is canceled or moved to a different date, please let me know ASAP. Before the 2 week mark of pickup, I will refund your entire order (all of what you have already paid). Anything within 2 weeks before your event, I will only refund your deposit.
